Welcome to explore the catalogues that offer fantastic modern design, Swedish and international art and prints! Find glass, silver, ceramics, furniture, jewellery, watches and textiles by some of the world’s foremost designers such as Émile Gallé, Märta Måås-Fjetterström, Hans Hedberg, Wilhelm Kåge, Pablo Picasso, Wiwen Nilsson, Anna Petrus and Otto Schulz. Highlights in the design department include Josef Frank’s made to order cabinet “Plan de Paris à vol d’oiseau” covered with Georges Peltier’s map of Paris and a wonderful vase by the Danish master Axel Salto. We also present an extensive department with Axel Einar Hjorth’s pine furniture.
The sale offers exciting works of art by international and Swedish artists. The top objects include Victor Vasarely’s monumental masterpiece “Citineu-II”, André Lhotes’ “Proues” from 1921, Georges Mathieu’s expressive “Viso”, Yohanan Simon’s ”In the Kibbutz Courtyard”, Christo’s “Surrounded Islands”, Rolf Hanson’s colorful ”Runtom trappa” and Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd’s monumental sculpture ”Non-Violence”. Do not miss the collection of Marcus Diamant’s early works by Halmstadgruppen. The sale also includes works by artists such as Giorgio de Chirico, Jean Metzinger, Paul Klee, Albert Marquet, Jean-Paul Riopelle, Auguste Herbin, Lynn Chadwick and Jan Tarasin. Last day to collect at Nybrogatan 20 in Stockholm: Wednesday 25 May. Opening hours are weekdays 9 am – 5 pm.
Please notice that after Wednesday 25 May we transport all items to our new premises at Magasin 1 at Södra hamnvägen 8 in Frihamnen, Stockholm. Collection at Magasin 1 is available from Monday 30 June until Friday 3 June.
Please note that Uppsala Auktionskammare must have received full payment before collection can be made. Please send us a letter of attorney with the name of the person or the name of the shipping company if you do not collect your purchases by yourself.
